We are a full service Private Detective Agency.  Our licensed Maryland Private Investigators are allowed by law to follow anyone around and document their activities.  Although we are allowed to video tape the subjects activities while in public view, we are not allowed to capture any video where they would have an “expectation of privacy”.  In Maryland it is also against the law to record any audio conversations unless those being recorded are notified.

people hire our agency because they want the evidence

for a quick divorce.  We are able to testify in court if that

is what you desire.  Others simple have a “need to know”. 

They have not decided what they will do if they discover

their spouse is cheating.  Either way our job is basically

the same.  We conduct surveillance on the subject and

document their activities.  There are times where the

subject is not doing anything wrong.  We then have to wonder if anything is really going on (cheating) or did we just pick the wrong day.  Most of the time the other person is also married or in a relationship.  So not only does your spouse have to manage to get some free time, so does the other person. 

Hiring our agency to conduct an investigation requires a signed Client Agreement, details about your case and a retainer (deposit).  We work with you and try to figure out the best date/times to have them followed.  You pay by the hour and do not have to hire our investigators for the entire day.  We do have a minimum requirement of four hours or more.
